**General Terms of Use**

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Elitist Connection mobile application, operated by Elitist Connection LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.

• Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

– Modify or copy the materials;

– Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

– Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App;

– Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

– Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Elitist Connection at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

**Affiliate Program and Post Promotion Terms**

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Membership Eligibility:

   To become an affiliate, you must meet our eligibility criteria, which may include but are not limited to, having an active account on our platform and complying with any additional requirements specified by us.

• Promotional Activities:

   As an affiliate, you may promote our products or services using unique referral links provided to you. You agree to abide by any guidelines or restrictions we may impose regarding promotional activities.

• Commission Structure:

The materials on the Elitist Connection App are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Elitist Connection makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Elitist Connection does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to the App.

• Limitations

In no event shall Elitist Connection or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the App, even if Elitist Connection or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

• Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Elitist Connection App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Elitist Connection does not warrant that any of the materials on the App are accurate, complete, or current. Elitist Connection may make changes to the materials contained on the App at any time without notice. However, Elitist Connection does not make any commitment to update the materials.

• Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Changes

Elitist Connection reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
